The project. Enhance a historic site.
A commercial area that, in the first half of the 1900s, helped place Verona as a key city regarding logistics, thanks to the Rotonda, a cutting-edge cooling station at the time, a hub to store and export grains and vegetables.
Abandoned in the 1980s due to the relocation of the General Warehouses to the Quadrante Europa area, this area had lost its only purpose and role. Today, it is reborn under a new star and with a new philosophy: to create a hub for innovation, work, culture, art and gastronomy.
A real Business District, which already houses the executive buildings of Unicredit, GlaxosmithKline, DoValue as well as the Children’s Museum and the Dario Fo-Franca Rame Museum. But the other news is even more exciting: the first Eataly Veronese branch will also be built in the Rotonda, the food excellence market with more than 41 offices in 15 countries worldwide.
A lively, dynamic project, designed for the entire city: in addition to the hub itself, in fact, construction of a public park and renovation of the Via Santa Teresa road network are also planned.
We are proud to have been part of this redevelopment operation, one of the most ambitious ever proposed in the Verona area, just a few kilometres from the heart of the city.

So it was for the project, where we applied our talents ranging from project management to the verification of technical/economic consistency, from real estate due diligence to project monitoring and value engineering. A consistency that has rewarded us and our customers.
Not words, but numbers. In the functional renovation of the cooling station, for example, on the total project amount of 1,377,012.57€, the optimised budget was 25.93%. A total of 357,012.57€ in savings, thanks to the price analysis and determination of the economic congruity, in which we have scrutinised each element, from labour to materials, from rentals to general expenses.
It is a crucial undertaking, which supports that of those who build. Each project has a value to provide. But it all begins here: from a passionate team that believes in transparency, honesty and the desire to work that unites all of Italy. In Verona we are proving it yet again.
