a) Identification and selection of designers for the awarding of contracts for projects up to the executive design leve , concerning the works:

• Safety Coordinator – Design Phase (CSP);
• Safety Coordinator for the Execution Phase (CSE);

b) Search and selection of consultants for the awarding of assignments related to the following activities:

• Acoustics;
• Topographical surveys and cadastral registration of residential units and common areas;

c) Authorization process and Building Permits (PDC) + amendments;

• dialogue with the Verona municipal administration and the relevant departments;

Consulting Services: Economic Estimation, Projects, and Value Engineering (RVE®) – Phase 3:

A consistent economic estimate of the project, utilizing optimization processes such as Value Engineering—specifically through a proprietary method known as Reverse Value Engineering (RVE®).

• Final verification of the conformity of the list of documents;
• Verification of project measurements;
• Market research and supplier vendor list report;
• Preparation of price analyses;
• Determination of the new amount of works to be submitted as the Starting Auction Price following the Value Engineering RVE®, subject to the approval of the appointed designers, who will be provided with comparative summary charts useful for examining and approving the alternative proposals submitted by SCI Value Srl, which will determine the new starting auction price prior to the tendering process.

Consulting Services – Project Management – Tender Procedure Activities – Phase 4:

a) Preparation and management of the procurement and contract award process (Tender Management):

• Selection of companies for the various specializations;
• Preparation of the tender package (design documents, draft construction contract, etc.);
• Preparation of the invitation to tender;
• Technical, economic, and administrative tabulation of the bids received;
• Economic negotiation;
• Proposal for the assignment of roles/tasks.
