The works will increase the number of residential units from 67 to 78 upon completion, improve the usability of the spaces and allow for a more efficient use of available resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our project management covers all technical and economic aspects, with a focus on efficiency, high quality and cost optimisation. Key to our service is our strategic <strong>Reverse Value Engineering (RVE\u00ae)<\/strong> methodology that maximises the cost-benefit ratio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efficiency and control: our technical and economic approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, we handle the input of the <strong>bill of quantities<\/strong> into the system, providing a clear overview of the tasks and resources required. With <strong>targeted market surveys<\/strong>, we analyse construction materials and systems to identify the most effective solutions. Furthermore, we handle requests for quotes from suppliers and technical and financial tabulation, selecting the most reliable partners to ensure the optimal balance between quality and investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another key focus is verifying that technical specifications and construction materials and systems align with project requirements, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Managing an operation of this scale means deploying cross-disciplinary skills, experience and advanced strategies. Our involvement, supported by our RVE\u00ae method and our effective project management, will ensure the delivery of an efficient, controlled activity that meets the client\u2019s
