This project, involving a vast historic complex dating back to the early twentieth century, has converted an abandoned area into a <strong>vibrant multipurpose urban hub<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Backed by the <strong>Verona Property Fund<\/strong>, this project marries <strong>architectural restoration with innovative management<\/strong>, while our <strong>Reverse Value Engineering (RVE\u00ae)<\/strong> method proved instrumental in the pursuit of continuous, integrated analysis, optimisation and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A tangible impact on efficiency and financial sustainability<\/strong><br>We played an active role in this redevelopment, applying our expertise to key aspects of the project. Our contribution focused particularly on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bringing back to life two landmark structures: the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scivalue.it\/en\/references\/2021-functional-renovation-of-la-rotonda-dooling-station.php\"><strong>&#8220;La Rotonda&#8221; Cooling Station<\/strong> <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scivalue.it\/en\/references\/2023-ex-magazzini-generali-project-revo-building-26-floor-south-zone.php\"><strong>Warehouses 25 and 26<\/strong>.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building core infrastructure, such as new two-storey underground <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scivalue.it\/en\/references\/2022-functional-renovation-cooling-station-external-renovation.php\">car parks<\/a><\/strong> and one ground-level parking area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also oversaw works that redefined the use and functionality of the entire site, welcoming new tenants like <strong>DoBank<\/strong>, <strong>Revo<\/strong> and <strong>Eataly<\/strong>, as well as a <strong>UniCredit office hub<\/strong> in warehouses 23 and 24. The project concluded with the <strong>redevelopment of the outdoor areas<\/strong>, restoring architectural harmony and urban continuity to the whole Former Warehouses complex. This is a clear demonstration that a structured engineering approach can be a <strong>powerful driver for urban regeneration<\/strong>, capable of cutting costs, saving time and significantly improving project quality.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The boundary walls and &#8220;La Rotonda&#8221; Museum: honouring heritage with a technological twist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the most notable works was the <strong>restoration of the 1927 boundary wall<\/strong> and the creation of <strong>the &#8220;La Rotonda&#8221; Museum<\/strong>. The former involved not only restoring a historic architectural feature but also updating it to modern standards of efficiency and sustainability, in full compliance with heritage regulations. Inside the complex, the new &#8220;La Rotonda&#8221; Museum has been created as a tribute to the city&#8217;s industrial heritage, blending <strong>technology, art and culture<\/strong> through immersive experiences, virtual reality and striking art photography.<br><br><strong>Setting a benchmark for property regeneration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The completion of the Former General Warehouses project marks a significant milestone for Verona and stands as an exemplary model in the property sector. Thanks to our <strong>RVE\u00ae<\/strong> method, we played an active role in transforming a key part of the city, <strong>restoring functionality and identity and paving the way for a new perspective on urban development<\/strong>.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The site where the Former General Warehouses of Verona once stood is now the cornerstone of major urban regeneration.
